Simply PerfectWhere do I begin?
My Fiancé contacted “Santorini My Wedding” and they planned the perfect proposal on the balcony of our hotel. Everything was beautiful, from the flowers to the touches of green which is my favourite colour. As everything was beyond any proposal I could imagine, my Fiancé & I knew we wanted to marry in Santorini.
May 2018 we decided to take the plunge & start planning our wedding for 2019. Constantly I was emailing and sending Katerina a WhatsApp message. Asking questions and getting a reply within the hour. Considering she had a lot of weddings and proposals that year she still made me feel like a valued Bride. Katerina was really honest and supportive in any choices I made or was unsure about. Katerina and her lovely husband Ian (who I had met at the engagement set up) was there to go through everything for the big day. Everything was planned precisely and they both came up with great suggestions when we wasn’t sure if certain parts of the ceremony would flow. The day of the wedding – Everything ran on time and everything was just pure perfection. Everything was decorated beautifully and set up was beyond anything I could have imagined. Both Ioannis & Katerina was there throughout the wedding making sure nothing went wrong. Katerina and Ioannis are seriously a God send and it was a true blessing to have meet them. Best Wedding Planner in Santorini!! Words cannot express how amazing Katerina is. We were set to get married September 2020 and of course CoVID forced us to postpone. She worked with us to reschedule three separate times until we were finally able to travel from the USA to Greece. Everything far exceeded our expectations. She took the worry and stress out of planning. All of the vendors she hired were fantastic and our reception food was some of the best we had in all of Greece! She made the entire experience perfect and it was well worth postponing three times. We wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Amazing experience, a perfect day.
Katerina was very helpful and flexible throughout. Her responses were very quick, nothing was to much to ask and the day ran very smoothly as planned. I felt katerina had a very good knowledge of the island and the vendors and therefore helped us make the right decisions every step of the way and when we needed to postpone the wedding last minute, this was all done in one day with both venues and all vendors moved with no hassle and no money lost. All the vendors she recommended were very professional and made our day perfect from start to finish. All in all a fantastic experience with santorini my wedding.

We chose Katerina and SantoriniMyWedding to organise our wedding due to her previous excellent reviews across all platforms.
We began organising our wedding several years in advance (so the pandemic wasn’t on our radar at the time). We wanted to get everything done at once but from the start Katerina was in regular contact advising us of tasks which needed to be completed and those which could wait until later. As time passed and the pandemic took hold Katerina was in regular contact keeping us appraised of the restrictions and limitation in place in Greece and real ‘on the ground’ info, which was a real reassurance compared to the media scare stories at the time. As we moved towards the big day and the list of tasks, we needed to do increased Katerina was always there to help with advice and recommendations (flowers, cake etc.) and was always quick to respond. When we finally arrived in Greece a week before our wedding Katerina was with us every step of the way, showing us around the venue, advising where and when we needed to be, advising on the best places to stand for pictures and videos. Her knowledge of the venue and area really shone through in her advice, and she excelled at organising and arranging all the vendors and guests on the big day, ensuring everyone knew where they were supposed to be at any given moment. Best wedding planner in Santorini!
My husband and I got in touch with Katerina back in 2019. We had done a lot of searching online for a wedding planner in Santorini. As soon as we reached out to her straight away we knew that she would be a great fit for us. From the very first message she was so friendly and amazing quick to reply. There were lots of wedding packages to choose from but we decided we would prefer instead to choose our vendors and suppliers individually. Katerina was really great with this and so flexible. As she lives on the island and has been wedding planning so long she had great suggestions based on our budget and the number of people that were going to be attending our wedding. We visited Santorini in 2019 and Katerina came and met up with us and drove us around all the different venues that we were considering as well as a bakery to try some sample wedding cake. She was so warm and friendly and took lots of time out of her day to drive us around and help us make the best choices. Due to covid our original wedding date had to be cancelled and Katerina was so amazing at changing all of our bookings to our new date. She took so much stress away during a really difficult year. In the week leading up to the wedding due to covid restrictions we had to change our evening venue last minute. Katerina found us a venue within 24 hours and actually it ended up working out so well as the second venue was perfect for the party atmosphere that we were looking for. She made sure that our day ran smoothly and the venue looked so beautiful. I had asked her to put up photos and luggage tags as part of our table plan and to set up a photo table to go alongside our guest book and all the decoration looked so beautiful, just as I had envisaged. SantoriniMyWedding – where to begin. Katerina & John originally helped my husband plan our proposal. As soon as we decided we also wanted to get married in Santorini our easiest & quickest decision was choosing SantoriniMyWedding as our wedding planner. Katerina and John went above and beyond in helping us plan our dream Indian wedding in Greece. Even with a global pandemic and having to postpone our wedding, John and Katerina helped put our mind at ease. Katerina made our dream come true, even during COVID!
What can I say, this woman is super woman. My angel. She guided us through all of it, through all of the changes and amendments, I don’t know how she does it. This woman made our day happen and stayed so strong for us and was on the end of a WhatsApp message whatever time of the day. So many planners had so many hidden costs or only allow you to have vendors that they want to operate with but Katerina gave us the freedom to have whoever and whatever we wanted and allowed us to tailor our own wedding opposed to having a package. She even went to the venue early and put up all our decorations that we had brought with us. We both felt emotional saying goodbye to her as she’s been a huge part of our lives over the past couple of years, we cannot thank her enough.

My husband and I got married on 13/07/20 at Le Ciel. At the beginning we were very worried that we would not find a wedding planner that would fit our wishes. So we contacted many planners.
From the first email with Katerina, it was obvious that we wanted her to be our planner because she was very transparent and always there to help. She answered all emails within 1 or 2 days. Katerina and her husband have been able to realize all of our wishes and even exceeded our expectations. I am deeply thankful to both of them because without them our wedding would not be nearly as beautiful. I would recommend them to everyone and always, as you can tell that Katerina does her job with her heart and soul.
